In a binomial expression

the sum of even coefficients = sum of odd coefficients

=\;{2^{11}}/{2}

=2^{n-1}

∴10_{ C _{0}}+10_{ C _{2}}+⋅s+10_{ C _{10}}=2^{10-1}

=2^{9}
