The given expression is

[\{(17 × 12)-(\;{3}/{2})\}+(23-4)]/9

⇒[\{(17-12)-(4 × 2)]/(23+4)] × 9

⇒[\{15-8\}/27] × 9 ⇒ \;{13}/{27} × 9

⇒[\;{13}/{3}]
