Solution:

a ∆ b=(a+b-3)^{2}+1

⇒(1 ∆ 2) ∆(1 ∆ 2)

⇒[(1+2-3)^{2}+1] ∆[(1+2-3)^{2}+1] ⇒ 1∆1

⇒(1+1-3)^{2}+1

⇒ 2
