⇒ 3x (x - 3) - 5 (x - 3) = 0
⇒ (3x - 5) (x - 3) = 0
⇒ x = $\frac{5}{3}$ or 3
II . ${\mathit{y}}^2$ - 9 y + 9 0
⇒ $2{\mathit{y}}^2$ - 6y - 3y + 9 = 0
⇒ 2y (y - 3) - 3 (y - 3) = 0
