UPSC 2016 CDS II GK Paper

The fundamental rights as enshrined in the Constitution of India that belongs only to the citizens are Article 19 (Protection of right to freedom of speech), Article 15 (Prohibition of discrimination), and Article 16 (Equality of opportunity). Article 21 (Protection of life and personal liberty) is available to all persons. Article 21 envisages that no person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to the procedure established by the law. The fundamental rights that are available to the citizens only are Article 15, Article 16, Article 19, Article 29 and Article 30.
