‘Red Flag’ is the name of a joint exercise between India and USA. ‘Exercise Red Flag’ is an advanced aerial combat training exercise hosted in Alaska. It is a successor to the previous COPE THUNDER exercise series in the Western Pacific and Alaska. The Air Forces of India and the U.S. participated in it under the simulated realistic aerial combat scenarios in a networked environment.
