The diagonals o f a rhombus are 6 cm and 8 cm. its perimeter (in cms) is?

Solution:

Given

d_1=6;d_2=8

S=√{(\;{d_{1}}/{2})^{2}+(\;{d_{2}}/{2})^{2}}=√{3^{2}+4^{2}}=5

The perimeter of rhombus = 4s

=4×5 = 20.
