Solution:

Given 2 cotθ = 3

\;{2 \cos θ-\sin θ}/{2 \cos θ+\sin θ}

=\;{2 {\cos θ}/{\sin θ}-1}/{2 \;{\cos θ}/{\sin θ}+1}=\;{2 \cot θ-1}/{2 \cot θ+1}=\;{3-1}/{3+1}=\;{1}/{2}
