Solution:

\CSA/\TSA={2πrh}/{2πr(r+h)}={1}/{2}

⇒{h}/{r+h}={1}/{2}⇒r=h

∴\TSA=2π{r}({r}+{r})=4π{r}^{2}=616

⇒r^{2}={616×7}/{4×22}

⇒r=√{7×7}=7

∴ Volume

=πr^2h=22/7×7^3=1078\cm^3
