$\frac{\mathit{M}+\mathit{K}+\mathit{T}}{3}=45$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{M}+\mathit{K}+\mathit{T}=135$
$\frac{\mathit{M}+\mathit{K}}{2}=43$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{M}+\mathit{K}=86$
$\frac{\mathit{K}+\mathit{T}}{2}=48$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{K}+\mathit{T}=96$
We have three equations:
$\mathit{M}+\mathit{K}+\mathit{T}=135$
$\mathit{M}+\mathit{K}=86$
$\mathit{K}+\mathit{T}=96$
Subtracting equation (2) from equation (1):
$\Rightarrow \left(\mathit{M}+\mathit{K}+\mathit{T}\right)-\left(\mathit{M}+\mathit{K}\right)=135-86$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{T}=49$
Put the value of $\mathit{T}$ in equation (3)
$\Rightarrow \mathit{K}+49=96$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{K}=47$
