What will be the area of the circle circumscribing a triangle having side lengths 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cm?

Solution:

(1) The triangle formed will be rightangled because

5^2 = 3^2 + 4^2

Diameter of the circlecircumscribing it will be thehypotenuse.
∴Diameter = 5 cm
Area is

{πD^2}/425 /4 πcm^2
