Solution:

(3) In this system,

63 ÷ 42

means

(6 + 4) ÷ (3 + 2) = 10 ÷ 5 = 2

76 ÷ 34

means (

7 + 3) ÷ (6 + 4) =10 ÷ 10 = 1

Similarly,

95 ÷ 91

means

(9 + 9) ÷(5 + 1) = 18 ÷ 6 = 3
