Solution:

Given : 1Δ-5 = 5, 4Δ7 = -28 and -1Δ-3 = -3
If we replace 'Δ' with 'x' and also multiply the final result with '-1', then we will get the desired result.
Eg :-

−1(1 × −5) = 5

and −1(4 × 7) = −28 and −1(−1 × −3) = −3
Similarly,

−1(8 × −8) = 64
