Given,

AP and AQ are tangents from point A to the circle with centre O.

\∠\OPA=90°

and

\∠\OQA=90°

In quadrilateral OPAQ,

\∠\POQ+\∠\OQA+\∠\PAQ +\∠\OPA=360°

⇒

118°+90°+\∠\PAQ+90°=360°

⇒

\∠\PAQ=360°-298°=62°
