A number is divisible by 11 if the difference of the sum of even and odd places digits is equal to zero or a multiple of 11 .
$\therefore \left(8+\mathit{p}+3+0+2\right)$
$-\left(5+3+2+1+\mathit{q}\right)=11\left(\because \mathit{p}>\mathit{q}\right)$
$\mathit{p}-\mathit{q}=11-2=9$
$\therefore$ Value of $\mathit{p}=9$ and $\mathit{q}=0$ is satisfied.
$\therefore \mathit{p}\times \mathit{q}=9\times 0=0$
