ΔABC is right angled at B. If m∠A = 60°, then what is the value of sec C sin A ?

Solution:

According to the question,
In ΔABC,

∴ ∠A + ∠B + ∠C = 180°
⇒ 60°+90°+∠C =180°
∴ ∠C = 180° - 150° = 30°
∴ sec C sin A =sec30°sin60°

=2/√3×√3/2=1
