Solution:

According to the question,

1/A+1/B+1/C=1

...(i)

1/A+1/B=60/100=3/5

...(ii)

1/B+1/C=70/100=7/10

...(iii)
On solving Eqs. (i), (ii) and (iii),

A=10/3,B=10/3,C=5/2

Hence, C is the most efficient among all three.
