let the original speed be x km/h
∴ ATQ,

\ {384}/{x}+2=\ {384}/{x-16}

⇒

\ {x+192}/{x}=\ {192}/{x-16}

⇒

(x-16)(x+192)=192 x

⇒

x^{2}-16 x-192 \× 16=0

⇒

x=64,-48

∴ 75% of its original speed
