423 ÷[270 ÷ \;{3}/{7} × 35+(17 ÷ \;{1}/{3})

-(8 \;{1}/{2}-\;{5}/{2})]

=423 ÷[(270 × \;{7}/{3}) × 35+(17 × 3)

-423 ÷[(90 × 7) × 35+51-(\;{12}/{2})]

=423 ÷[22050+51-6]

=\;{423}/{22095}=\;{141}/{7365}=\;{47}/{2455}
