Solution:

From II: The selling price is Rs 14950 at 15% profit
So

CP= (14950 *100)/115=\Rs 13000

When no discount is allowed the profit becomes 30%

MP= 13000 * 130/100 = \Rs 16900

% discount

=\{ (16900-14950)*100\}/16900

Hence only II is sufficient to answer the question
