Solution:

{M}_{1} × {D}_{1} × {W}_{2}= {M}_{2} × {D}_{2} × {W}_{1}

⇒ 3 × 14 × {W}_{2}=8 × 5 × 336

⇒ W_{2}=(8 × 5 × 336) \/ 42

⇒ {W}_{2}=320
