(2) The Finance Ministry, on31 March 2015, enhanced theinterest rates for Senior CitizensSavings Scheme (SCSS)from 9.2% to 9.3%. The interestrate is payable from thedate of deposit of 31st March/30th Sept/31st December inthe first instance & thereafter,interest shall be payableon 31st March, 30th June,30th Sept and 31st December.
