Solution:

The sum of two numbers = 5
Product of two numbers = 6
By simple observations, we get two numbers 2 and 3.
Let x = 2, y = 3

{x^2+y^2}/{x^2×y^2}

={(2^2)+(3)^2}/{(2^2)×(3)^2}=13/36
