Solution:

z must be

-1/7

because it is fraction. Moreover, the negative value of z will make

x/z

positive,
∴ y will be -2 and x = 3
So, the maximum value of expression

=[-3/{(-1/7)}]×(-2)^2

= 3 × 7 × 4 = 84
