Solution:

a/{b+c}=b/{c+a}=c/{a+b}=k

a = k(b + c) ......(i)
b = k(c + a) ......(ii)
c = k(a + b) ......(iii)
Adding equation (i), (ii) and (iii) we get:
a + b + c = 2k (a + b + c)
1 = 2k

k=1/2
