OPSC 2018 Solved Paper

Article-21 of Indian Constitution secures Right to Life Personal Liberty and Right to Privacy. It says that no person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law.
This article not only protects the Right of Life and Personal Liberty, but other implied Fundamental Rights pronounce so by Supreme which includes Right to Travel Abroad, Right to Dignity, Right to Livelihood etc.
