Given,

M_{1}=200, D_{1}=50, W_{1}=\;{1}/{4}

and

M_{2}=?, D_{2}=100, W_{2}=\;{3}/{4}

By the Formula

M_{1} D_{1} W_{2}=M_{2} D_{a} W_{1}

200 × 50 × \;{3}/{4}=M_{2} × 100 × \;{1}/{4}

⇒ \;\; M_{2}=\;{200 × 50 × 3}/{100}=300

Thus, number of additional workers

=300-200=100
