(where AA= symmetrical bidentate ligand),
[M(AA)2ab]n± and [M(AB)3]n±
(where AB= unsymmetrical ligands) show optical isomerism. does not show optical isomerism (superimposable mirror image). But cis-form shows optical isomerism.
