Speed of buses = 35 km/hour and 55 km/hour respectively.
Calculation
Relative speed of two buses

= 35 + 55 = 90

km/hr

90km{/}hr = 90 × (5{/}18) m{/}s = 25 m{/}s

∴ Distance between two buses 2sec before the collision = Relative speed × time = 25 × 2 = 50m
