Jharkhand PSC Prelim Exam 15-Dec-2013 Solved Paper

The parliament works for 3 to 4 weeks after the budgets session or after the ordinary debate in parliament. Meanwhile the estimates committee examines the demands for grants carefully and extensively and prepares the report. This report is presented in both the houses for consideration.
