Solution:

Current through FET having

(\;{ω}/{ {L}})=3

will be

{I}_{1}

∴ {\l}_{1}=\;{(ω {/} {L})_{2}}/{(ω {/} {L})_{1}} × 1 {mA}

∴ \l_{1}=\;{3}/{2} {mA}

Now,

\l_{\;\text "out "\;}=\;{(ω {/} {L}) 4}/{(ω/)_{3}} ×\l_{1}

=\;{40}/{10} × \;{3}/{2} {mA}

∴ \l_{\out} =6 {mA}
