Solution:

Let Seema’s present age x (<20) years and his father’s present age = y years.
According to the question,

x={y}/{4} ⇒y=4 x

∴x < 20\;\;∴y < 80

years
Again let after t years, Seema’s age will be two-third of father’s age

(x+t)=\;{2}/{3}(y+t)

(x+t)=\;{2}/{3}(4 x+t)

3x + 3t = 8x + 2t

3t - 2t = 8x- 3x

t = 5x

If x = 20 years then after 100 years

(t = 5 × 20 = 100)

Seema’s age will be two-third of father’s age
