Factors of

(x^{4}-256)=(x-4)(x+4)(x^{2}+16)

Factors of

(8x^{3}-4x^{2}+3x-12)=(x-4)(x^{2}+3)

Factors of

(x^{2}-7x+12)=(x-4)(x-3)

Then, the common factor is

(x–4).
