Solution:

Sheela was sitting 12th from right, thus there will be 11 people to her right
Veena was sitting 3rd from left, thus there will be 2 people to her left
There are 15 people between Sheela and Veena.
Thus total number of people in the row are

2+1+15+1+11=30
