Males in Odisha

= (12/19) × 57 = 36

Males in West Bengal

= (6/9) × 45 = 30

(thousand)
Males in Chhattisgarh

= (5/7) × 21 = 15

(thousand)
Males in Jharkhand

= (15/29) × 29 = 15

(thousand)
Males in Andhra Pradesh

= (7/13) × 13 = 7

(thousand)
Therefore, required average

= [(36 + 30 + 15 + 15 + 7)/5] × 1000

= 20,600
