Solution:

3^{x+8}=27^{2 x+1}

⇒ 3^{x+8}=(3^{3})^{2 x+1}

⇒ 3^{x+8}=(3)^{3(2 x+1)}

since base is same, therefore

⇒ x+8=3(2 x+1)

⇒ x+8=6 x+3

⇒ 5 x=5 ⇒ x=1
