Human Sweat is mostly water. Dissolved in the water are trace amounts of minerals, lactic acid and urea. Although the mineral content varies, but some of the measured concentrations are sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. And other trace elements are also excreted in sweat such as zinc, copper, iron, chromium, nickel and lead.
