Solution:

From the question,

f(x)=x+1

g(x)=x^{2}-3

Now,

f(-1)=-1+1=0

g(-1)=(-1)^{2}-3=1-3=-2

∴ \;{g p(-1)}/{p g(-1)}=\;{g(v)}/{p(-2)}=\;{(0)^{2}-3}/{-2+1}=\;{-3}/{-1}=3
