Remaining work

Part of work done by (P + Q + R) in 1 hour

=({1}/{15}+{1}/{12}+{1}/{10})={4+5+6}/{60}={15}/{60}={1}/{4}

work → 1 hour

∴1/6

work

→4/6=2/3

hour

=40

minutes
Hence, Q worked for 40 minutes.
