We know that, zeroes at the right hand side of any number are non significant, hence number of significant figure in B,NB=4. Zeroes after decimal point and before any number are not significant. Therefore, no. of significant figure in A,NA=4.
Zeroes at the R.H.S adjacent to number after the decimal point are significant.
∴ No. of significant figure in C,NC=4
∴‌‌NA=NB=NC=4
