As we see in the figure,
Let, side of the square =acm.
∴ length of the rectangle =(a+4)cm.
Breadth of the rectangle =(a−3)cm.
According to problem,
‌⇒a2=(a+4)(a−3)
‌⇒a2=a2+4a−3a−12
‌⇒a=12
∴ length of the rectangle =12+4=16cm.
Breadth of the rectangle =12−3=9cm.
∴ Perimeter of the rectangle =2×(16+9)=50cm.
