and number of protons np = 3.12 × 1015
Current I = neqe+npqp
= 3.13 × 1015 × 1.6 × 10−19 + 3.12 × 1015 × 1.6 × 10−19
= 1 × 10−3 = 1 mA
Now, due to excess charge on electrons, the direction of the current will be towards right.
