Suppose times we fix a one number in a unit place, then rest of the three numbers can arrange is 3!ie, 6. It means, a number which is in unit place is added 6 times.
Similary, this process is going on rest of the numbers.
∴Sum of the digits in the unit's place of all the numbers =(3+4+5+8)×6=20×6=120
