Considering the first equation, we get
a(x−8)(x−2)=0
x2−10x+16=0...........(i)
Since,the constant term in the above equation is wrong,the original equation will be of the form
x2−10x+c=0...(ii)
Considering the second equation, we get
(x+9)(x+1)=0
x2+10x+9=0...(iii)
Since, only the coefficient of first degree term in the above equation is wrong, the constant term is 9.
Therefore from, (ii) and (iii), we get the original equation as x2−10x+9=0
