Supreme court:
● Under article 124 , there shall be a Supreme court according to the Indian Constitution.
● It acts as a custodian of our Constitution, preserves, and protects the fundamental rights of the citizens .
● Therefore it is called the guardian of the Indian Constitution as it protects the rights of citizens from being getting violated by any organ of the government.
