In part (c), there is an error. The subject ‘I’ have finished writing the letter. Therefore, the admiration was there and to show its reason we should use ‘for + gerundial form of the verb’. Therefore, ‘to have achieved’ should be replaced by ‘for achieving’. Hence, (c) is the correct option.
