Median = [(n/2) + (n/2 + 1)]/2 term
The given numbers = 4, 7, 10, 14, 2x + 3, 2x + 5, 22, 23, 30, 50
Here, n = 10, which is even
So, Median = [(n/2) + (n/2 + 1)]/2 term
⇒ [(10/2) + (10/2 + 1)]/2 term
⇒ (5th term + 6th term)/2
⇒ (2x + 3 + 2x + 5)/2
⇒ (4x + 8)/2
⇒ Median = 2x + 4
