Monotheism and internal social reform was preached by Sapha Har movement. Kherwar Movement was started apparently in 1868. It is also known as Sapha Har Movement. This movement had popularised the concept of One God as well as aimed at social reform. This movement initially taught Monotheism and Internal social reform and but before its suppression it took the form of campaign against revenue endowment.
