On the basis of employment conditions, the economy is divided into organised and unorganised. - Organised Sector It is a sector where the employment terms are fixed and regular, and the employees get assured work. Example-Government employees, registered industrial workers etc. - Unorganised Sector It is a sector, where the employment terms are not fixed. Jobs are low paid and often not regular. Examples-Shopkeeping, farming and domestic works etc.
