UPSC 2016 CDS II GK Paper

On 26th November, 1949, provisions of the Constitution of India that came into effect are Citizenship, Elections and Provisional Parliament. Article 394 of Indian Constitution provides that the above-mentioned provisions shall come into force at once on 26th November, 1949, while the provisions related to the fundamental rights came into force on 26th January, 1950.
